罗孝玲，管理科学与工程博士，中南大学教授、博士生导师。美国全国房产经纪协会（NAR）及美国中西部金融学会（MFA）会员；拥有美国加州房地产经纪执照（01905313），任洛杉矶市房产开发协会金融与发展咨询委员会咨询专家，具有丰富的美国房地市场实践经验。主持了国家自然科学基金（70473105）；教育部人文社会科学研究项目（06jd820002）；湖南省自然科学基金（03JJY4061）；湖南省自然科学基金（04JJG0077）；撰写专著三本，国家级教材一本，发表学术论文30多篇。

    Xiaoling Luo, PhD in Management Science and Engineering, Professor and PhD Supervisor of Central South University. Member of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) and the Midwest Financial Association (MFA); Professor Luo holds a California real estate agent license (01905313), also serves as an advisor to the Financial and Development Advisory Committee of the Los Angeles Real Estate Development Association, and has extensive experience in the US real estate market. Hosted the National Natural Science Foundation of China (70473105); Humanities and Social Sciences Research Project of the Ministry of Education (06jd820002); Hunan Province Natural Science Foundation (03JJY4061); Hunan Province Natural Science Foundation (04JJG0077); wrote three monographs and one national textbook; Published more than 30 academic papers.

    In recent years, Professor Luo has been particularly enthusiastic about the cultivation of graduate students and the teaching reforming of undergraduates.
